Refunds & Exchange Policy

Refunds and exchanges are reviewed after the returned item is received and inspected. The goal is to keep the process fair while protecting product quality standards.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

• Final sale, worn, washed, altered, or damaged-by-use pieces may not be eligible.
• Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method or store credit where applicable.
• Approved exchanges are shipped after the original item clears inspection.
• We take 3 working days to process refund/exchange
• Shipping charges and reverse pickup fees may be non-refundable unless the issue was caused by fulfillment error.
• Refund timelines can depend on your payment provider after HyperFuel processes the refund.
